Improving Mental Healthcare: Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it's time we treat it that way. Committed to increasing access to mental healthcare services, so people struggling with mental illness can get the care they need. Whether it's through better funding for local clinics or support for schools and community programs, making mental health a priority.
Fighting Homelessness: Homelessness is a tragedy that requires more than temporary solutions. Randall believes in working with local organizations and communities to provide both immediate relief and long-term support, helping people get back on their feet with job opportunities, stable housing, and the dignity they deserve.
Addressing Drug Addiction: The opioid crisis and drug addiction are tearing apart families. Randall is dedicated to supporting programs that offer rehabilitation, not just punishment. Pledges to work towards expanding access to recovery services, focus on prevention, and ensure law enforcement has the tools to fight the flow of illegal drugs into our communities.
Term Limits:
Career politicians often lose touch with the people they serve. That's why Randall McCallister strongly supports term limits for elected officials. Public service should be about representing the people, not building a lifelong political career. By implementing term limits, we can ensure fresh idea's, accountability, and a government that truly works for Hoosiers- not the political elite. Randall will fight to bring real change and keep politicians accountable to the voters.
Protecting the Second Amendment:
The right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental freedom that must be protected. Randall is a staunch defender of the Second Amendment and will work tirelessly to ensure that law-abiding citizens maintain their right to own and carry firearms. He believes in strong protections against unconstitutional gun control measures and supports to educate Hoosiers on responsible gun ownership, safety, and self-defense. Randall will always stand up for the rights of gun owners and oppose any attempt to erode our constitutional freedoms.
Protecting Hoosiers from Future Mandates and Lockdowns
The Covid-19 pandemic showed us the dangers of government overreach- shutting down businesses, restricting personal freedoms, and forcing mandates that hurt hardworking Hoosiers. Randall believes that government should never have the power to shut down our economy, dictate personal medical decisions, shut down our churches, or infringe on our individual rights in the name of "public safety."
Randall is committed to ensuring that no future crisis is used as an excuse to take away the rights of Hoosiers. He will fight to:
- Ban lockdowns and forces business closures that devastate small businesses and local economies.
- Protect personal medical freedoms by opposing vaccine and mask mandates.
- Ensure parental rights in making health decisions for their children without government interference.
- Defend workers from being forces to choose between their job and personal medical choices.
Randall believes in trusting Hoosiers to make their own decisions- not in allowing bureaucrats to control our lives. He will work to pass laws that guarantee our rights are never trampled on again, no matter the crisis.
Standing Against the Woke Agenda: Protecting Indiana's Values
Hoosiers are hardworking, faith-driven, and proud of our traditions- but radical activists are working to change that. The woke agenda is infiltrating our schools, our workplaces, and even our government, pushing policies that divide us, distort reality, and strip away our fundamental freedoms. Randall will refuse to let that happen.
As a Proud Hoosier, Randall will stand for common sense, personal responsibility, and the values that built this great state. Fighting to protect parental rights in education, ensure fairness in women's sports, defend free speech, and push back against the woke ideology that seeks to weaken our communities.
Education Back in the Hands of States and Parents
For too long, Washington bureaucrats have dictates how our children are educated, pushing one size fits all polies that don't reflect the values or needs of our communities. The federal Department of Education has become a bloated, unaccountable agency that priorities political agendas over real learning. It's time to put education back where it belongs- in the hands of states, local communities, and most importantly parents.
Randall fully supports the ending of the department of education and returning control to Indiana. We know what's best for our students- not career politicians in D.C. This means empowering parents, supporting school choice, and ensuring that our kids are taught the fundamentals of math, science, and history - not radical ideologies.
Hoosiers deserve an education system that prepares children for success, not one that serves as a political battleground. Randall will fight to restore local control, protect parental rights, and ensure that Indiana's schools reflect our values not Washington's mandates.
End Indiana Property Tax and Protect Homeowners
Hardworking Hoosiers should never have to rent their own homes from the government. Yet, Indiana's property tax system forces homeowners to pay endlessly for what they already own driving up costs, burdening families, and pushing retirees out of their homes. This is wrong, and it must end.
Randall will support eliminating Indiana's property tax to give Hoosiers true homeownership and financial freedom. No one should live under the constant threat of losing their home due to ever-rising taxes. Instead, we must find fair, responsible alternatives to fund local services without punishing homeownership.
It's time to put Hoosiers first-not government coffers. Randall will fight to end property taxes, cut wasteful spending, and ensure that Indiana families can keep more of what they earn.
